People often ask us, “What are the best comic storage boxes?”. Over the years we’ve come up with a few different way to safely store our own comic collections. One of our favorites has to be the comic file cabinets. It’s a great way to store comics in our comic storage boxes but still be able to access them when they are stacked. Having a lid on a storage box is great, but when you stack more than two, it can be a pain in the neck (or back) having to unstack and restack boxes just to access the bottom box.
This is exactly why we created the comic box file cabinet. The comic box file cabinet is an an optional component to our comic storage boxes that allow you to access your comic collection without stacking and unstacking boxes when stored vertically.
We have two sizes of Cabinet Files for Comic Storage Boxes. You can pull the box out just like a file cabinet drawer. The file cabinets also keep the stacked boxes from possibly buckling and crushing the lids (and possibly the comics) of the boxes that are beneath them.
All Comic Box File Cabinets have the following specifications:
- No need to stack or unstack your boxes to retrieve the comic you are looking for.
- Made from 250-pound-test white corrugated cardboard.
- All file cabinets have special corrugated inserts for extra stacking strength.
- Stack up to three high
- Ship flat – fold together (see video below for instructions)
