The First Jazz Recording Was Made by a Group of White Guys?
Just as events were unfolding in the White House that would solidify public support for entering the war in Europe, a group of five white musicians gathered in the New York City recording studios of the Victor Talking Machine Company and raucously made history. The day was February 26, 1917.
